The Gripe platform has three connected capabilities.
Organizations encounter human problems in different ways. Public Gripe helps receive, structure and evaluate them. Private Gripe is the work environment for the people, records and follow-up they create. Anonymous Gripe lets someone report what the organization ought to hear without necessarily identifying themselves. Together they turn messy human information into a connected working record.
What each capability does.
Public Gripe
Helps people explain what happened and turns narrative, facts, documents and competing positions into structured intake and reviewable evaluation material. For disputes, patent-pending decision methods support comparison, decision support and arbitration workflows.
Private Gripe
Connects Gripes to people, facts, documents, communications, notes, tasks, lists, matters, workflows and follow-up in a flexible organizational work environment.
Anonymous Gripe
Lets a reporter tell an organization something it ought to know, review details that may identify them, and continue the conversation without attaching an account or name.
What the product organizes.
People do not naturally present problems as clean database records. They bring stories, perceptions, documents, relationships, dates, money, uncertainty, emotion and incomplete facts. Gripe helps translate that human material into connected information an organization can understand and work with. The system is flexible because the work is variable: use the records, lists, forms, workflows and integrations that fit the situation without forcing every Gripe into the same shape.
Gripes relate in various ways to:
- People, parties and contacts
- Facts and documents
- Notes and tasks
- Lists for review, filtering, and follow-up
- Anonymous reports, status updates, and return conversations
- Matters and cases
- Time and billing
- QuickBooks accounting information
- Intake and website experience
- Workflows and pipelines
