Gripe is starting with a small design-partner and pilot program. The early work is about useful workflows, clean data, and practical implementation, not packaging a standard SaaS plan too early.
What matters more than price
Intake bottlenecks, anonymous reporting needs, document handling, matter organization, integration priorities, private deployment needs, and the organization’s own language for forms and pick lists.
Public intake
A better front door for complaints, concerns, disputes and other Gripes.
Private workbench
A basic internal place to review, route, and follow up.
Integration path
Webhook, PDF, email, Zapier/Make or a direct connector depending on the organization.
