Public Gripe is the evaluation engine.
Public Gripe uses patent-pending decision methods intended to lower bias and improve the user’s sense of fairness. It can be used on its own for reference generation, as a public-facing intake and attraction layer, or industrially where frequent low-stakes disputes need more consistent handling.
