Private Gripe is the CRM and operations side of Gripe. It is intentionally plain, but it is built around a stronger organizing principle, especially the listing function that lets users gather and work records in a practical way.

Serious operational software.

Private Gripe is an operating environment for records, lists, notes, tasks, and follow-up. It does not need decorative complexity to do serious work.

List-driven

The listing model is the strongest idea in the backend. It supports review, sorting, filtering, and repeated operational use.

Basic on purpose

The UI concept is closer to an old Windows form than a trendy app. It is meant to be obvious to normal users.

Deep codebase

There is already substantial code behind the system, and the operational direction is clear.
