Workflow

Two parts, one practical workflow.

Gripe has two parts. Public Gripe is the evaluation and arbitration engine. Private Gripe is the CRM, operations, and workflow platform behind it. The organizing principle is strong, especially in the listing function that lets users collect, sort, and work through records in a practical way.

People don’t arrive with databases. They arrive with emails, PDFs, timelines, text messages, photographs and incomplete stories.

Private Gripe is meant to be obvious.

The UI concept is that the best interface is no interface. If someone isn’t using a feature regularly, they shouldn’t have to look at it. If they do use it regularly, it should be easily found in the place they use it. Navigation should be obvious. Input should be easy. If you literally can’t play with it, it’s probably too complicated.

List first

The core strength is the listing function. Records can be gathered, reviewed, filtered, moved, and reused without forcing everything into one rigid path.

Built for real use

Private Gripe already reflects a substantial body of work and points toward a more workable way to organize messy matters.

Simple Interface

It ain’t rocket science people!

Public Gripe can stand alone or feed the work that follows.

Public Gripe uses patent-pending decision methods intended to lower bias and improve users’ sense of fairness. It can be used by itself for reference generation, as a website intake and attraction layer, or industrially where frequent low-stakes disputes need consistent handling.

What it produces

  • Structured dispute intake
  • Evaluation output for review
  • Reference material for professionals or parties
  • A cleaner starting point for follow-up inside Private Gripe
